Let me start by saying that The XX are great and i love Jamie's voice. My girlfriend thinks that he sounds like Finley Quay but i think otherwise, there is something to his voice but i can't put my finger on it. Any way enough of the homo erotic talk it's the song by Candi Staton that i want to talk about.
So many people have covered You've Got The Love recently including Florence and the Machine, and it's this version that The XX have used to remix and make their own. Personally "i'm lovin' it". Damn did i just say that.
By the way i would like to take back the statement that i made at the beginning, they are not great, they are..are...are.. i can't think of a word to use (with out sounding like a girl).
